  • Technical System Access: Credentials and API keys for third-party platforms including, but not limited to, GoHighLevel, Simpro, ServiceMate, Tradify, and Xero.
  • Visual Assets: Project blueprints, site photos, and "inspiration images" required for Propel Rendering services.
  • Training Materials: Screen recordings (Loom) and voice notes (WhatsApp/Whisper) used to transfer knowledge from the founder to our specialists.

3. How We Utilize Your Data

Your data is used strictly to build the operational engine that powers your growth:

  • Service Delivery: Managing inboxes, architecting CRM infrastructure, and drafting "Done-Done" Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Database Reactivation: Using customer contact lists to launch automated lead pipelines and loyalty programs.
  • Internal Oversight: Data is reviewed by our Lead and 2IC (Second-in-Command) hierarchy to ensure quality control and managed outcomes.

  • Secure Environments: Data is stored on encrypted servers. We utilize secure password managers (e.g., LastPass) to prevent the direct sharing of plain-text credentials.
  • Vetted Specialist Pods: All Propel team members, including our elite remote operations staff, are thoroughly vetted and bound by strict Internal Confidentiality Agreements.
  • Centralized Communication: We use ClickUp as our central hub to talk, assign tasks, and store files, ensuring an audit trail for all business activities.

5. Information Sharing and Strategic Partnerships

  • No Data Selling: We never sell your personal or business information to third-party brokers.
  • Strategic Collaboration: We work closely with elite business brokers, accountants, and coaches. We may share high-level progress updates with these specific advisors to ensure our technical execution aligns with their strategic roadmap.
